Remember that "bit of home canning" I attempted the other day?
Yeah....well it didn't go over so well because we thought it would be smart to stick a hot glass jar under cold running water. For any of you have tried this... you're probably laughing at me right now.
Needless to say, we learned from our mistakes and now know, even though a crack in a glass jar may be small in the beginning and it seems like your jar has sealed properly...
