We made yogurt yesterday, I'm pretty sure it worked...I tasted it last night before I put it in quart mason jars and it tasted all tangy like yogurt is supposed to taste.
I haven't actually tried to eat it yet though. It's still cooling off and getting thicker in my fridge and plus I have school.
It was pretty cool though.
We had a lot of trouble getting the milk up to 185 degrees and keeping it there for 30 minutes. We were a little late to church because of it (I have to be there early because I play the Organ for Sacrament Meeting. Oops).
But the yogurt worked! I hope it is as tasty as it looks.
