Date Ideas

Sometimes we are strapped for good date ideas (because we are lame and live under the homework rocks), so we thought we would share some that we came up with...some we have done before, others we want to do.



1. Homemade glycerin bubbles and sidewalk chalk.

2. Camp-out and wake up to watch the sunrise.

3. Find a local dance club or lounge and go dancing together.

4. Take your camera and go on a mini photo shoot.

5. Go to your local grocery store and buy a fancy cheese and martinelli's sparkling cider and make a fort in your living room and light candles - but don't catch the fort on fire.

6. Play in the rain.

7. Go for a walk and talk about the universe.

8. Go for a drive and flip a coin to determine where you are going.

9. Paint something together.

10. Cook a dinner together and eat it over candle-light.

11. Go exploring and take pictures of whatever you find.

12. Go buy a cheap-o ice cream cone and eat it at the same time.

13. Kiss as many times as you can in one hour.

14. Pick out each other's outfits and wear them in public (no matter how ridiculous they are).

15. Go to the public library and check out some books and read them aloud to each other.

16. Check out a documentary from the library and pop-popcorn and watch/eat it in the fort you made earlier.

17. Go to the local pound and play with the animals there.

18. Check out a "How To" book and learn how to do something together.

19. Or check out books about architecture and home designing and dream up your ideal house.

20. Make a silly movie and put it together and then watch it awhile later.

21. Go for a hike.

22. Pack a picnic and go to a local park or pond.

23. Buy a 97¢ frisbee and throw it around.

24. Go swimming in a river.
