Newest meal invention...inspired by my mom.

Pork sausage

Cabbage

Carrots

Salt

Pepper

Fresca  ...? ?what the heck?

Chopped jalapeno

Yup...indeed I used Fresca...surprisingly, it was really tasty.  Brown the Sausage.  Chop the cabbage.  Peel the Carrots.  Grate the carrots.  Throw the cabbage and the carrots in the pan with the browned sausage.  Chop the jalapeno.  Dump that in too.  Add salt and pepper.  Pour in a bit of Fresca.  Let the Fresca boil off.  Soy sauce? Go ahead.
