Success!

I decided to make a late night snack while waiting for Pauler to get home from work.

I got to talk to one of my bestest friends in the whole world on skype for the first time in a long time.

And the bagels turned out a million times better than I thought they would.

Forming them is a lot harder than it seems.  But they are truly delicious.

We will be eating them more often around these parts.
